Coaching for Women

Navigating Neurodivergent Discovery

For many women, discovering their neurodivergence later in life changes how they see their past and how they think about what comes next.

Some begin to recognise it after their child receives a diagnosis, that quiet “aha” moment when things start to make sense. For others, it comes after years of pushing through exhaustion, burnout, or feeling that something about them has never quite been understood.

As understanding grows, patterns become clearer and long-held expectations are reconsidered. There may be relief, followed by questions about how to live and work in ways that feel more sustainable.

This is often the point where women start looking for safe, professional spaces to think clearly and decide what they want to do differently.

For many, it can feel like seeing yourself clearly for the first time, recognising strengths alongside differences, rather than measuring yourself against who you thought you should be.

Discovery, Understanding & Direction

This is a place to explore your experiences and make sense of them in your own way.

• recognise patterns without judgement
• understand your strengths more clearly
• rebuild confidence in who you are and how you work

Confidence grows through understanding, allowing you to move forward with a stronger sense of identity and direction.
